Wow, that was really tough
Sat, 01/23/2010 - 11:08pm — Dan VeaseyI am the epitome of a has-been runner. In college I ran cross country. After college I did an ironman triathlon. I loved to run, bike, train, and do whatever athletic activities I could find. After that I got away from training every day and eventually stopped altogether. Fast forward 12 years and I find myself in the worst shape of my adult life.

Bridge to Bridge 5K Run/Walk & Fun Run

05/22/2010 - 9:00am 5K run/walk on River Walk Trail starting near 1/4 mile marker B going and going to marker FF and back. Proceeds will go to the Danville Cancer Association. Course may change at a later date. Information will be posted as soon as available.
