Registration Procedures:

Pre-registration fee is $20.00 and must be received by September 20th (no refunds).Your cancelled check will

be your receipt. After September 20th the fee will be $25.00. There will be race day registration from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m., near the start-finish. Registration forms may be machine copied. We reserve the right to reject any entry.

Certification: The 5K course has been

TAC certified to national standards: VA98028RT

Liquids & Refreshments: Available at the start/finish line and two points along the course.

T-shirt: Guaranteed for the first 300 Pre-registered runner and walkers.

$250 Cash Prize to any Male or Female breaking the course record!
