Run for the Dream

Run for the Dream, will be held May 19-20, 2012 in Williamsburg,
Virginia. The race consists of the Fit to Run, Fit to Dream 8K and Kids Fun
Run on Saturday, May 19 and a half marathon on Sunday, May 20. Registration
is open at www.RunForAchievableDream.com.
The Fit to Run, Fit to Dream 8K has been named the 2012 USA Masters 8 km
National Championships by USA Track & Field for the second year. Master
runners will be eligible to win cash prizes.
Both race courses include iconic Duke of Gloucester Street in Colonial
Williamsburg and end with a final lap in Zable Stadium on the picturesque
campus of the College of William & Mary. The half marathon also includes the
Colonial Parkway along the scenic James River. The Kids Fun Run will take
place in Zable Stadium and includes three lengths: 100 meter sprint, 400
meter dash and mile run.
